**Please note, an evaluation is required by every individual prior to a mounted riding session. These sessions ensure that we can safely provide riding lessons to the individual, and that it's a good fit for your family. These sessions include completing any necessary paperwork, fitting for a riding helmet, going over goals and lesson plans, and interacting with some of our equine and animals.
This can range from basic horsemanship to more intermediate riding. We gear our sessions based on our clients wants and needs. These lessons can be mounted or unmounted. Sessions can incorporate interactions with our therapeutic horses to hanging with our mini horses. We can incorporate current goals of therapy that are already in place.

What is Equine Assisted Reiki?
Equine-Assisted Reiki is a wellness experience that combines the calming presence of horses with Reiki, a gentle relaxation practice. Sessions are designed to promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being in a peaceful ranch environment. Reiki is not a substitute for medical or mental health care but may be used alongside other wellness practices.
Reiki originated in Japan in the early 1900s. It is based on the idea that a practitioner uses gentle touch or places their hands just above the body to promote relaxation and support a person's natural ability to cope with stress. Many people describe Reiki sessions as calming and restorative.
