Thank you for your interest in Wylde Horses. Please explore our website as we have most of your questions already explained on the site.

Please download our New Client Packet below. This will help me get a better understanding of what you are looking for and how we can help. It is also very important to understand your schedule and availability. We are almost at capacity and have limited spots left. If a preferred time slot is not available, I will still need a completed packet to put you on our waitlist. 

Page 6 of our packet is important. I need a doctor clearance for every participant who would like to ride a horse. Per our insurance, this is required. The fastest and easiest way to complete is sending the form to your primary physician via email or fax, and have them fill it out, and return to you. Most offices will not need an actual doctor appointment to fill out. 

Pages 8-10 are for any outside therapy that the client is participating in. This helps us collaborate on outside goals and work as a team! Please know, this doesn’t have to be official. You may give the form to any outside therapist to complete, or you as the parent, are more than welcome to fill out if you know the goals you are working on.

If the participant is part of SDRC, I advise you reach out to your case coordinator TODAY and request an authorization for services. It takes SDRC at least 2 months to submit a request and get funding approved at our facility. 

Depending on your availability, I may be able to get you in our schedule sooner than later.

Please note, we operate Sunday- Friday 9am-5pm. Closed Saturday.

We do currently have a short waitlist to get on a Sunday time slot, as well as anything after 3pm on the weekdays. If your schedule allows outside of these times, I may be able to get you on the schedule starting immediately.
