Dave has been actively improving this property since 2002. The facility used to sit on 3+ acres of avocado groves. In 2018, Dave decided to build a horse boarding facility in place of the avocados. The ranch was rented out but then became vacant. It was perfect timing that Rachael and Grant had moved back from Utah and looking for a place to buy. Dave and Mala being empty nesters, decided it would be great to have their daughter and son in law move in the home and eventually have it as their own to raise a family. Dave has been continuously building more on the property to transform the boarding facility, into a therapeutic ranch. It is Daves vision, that allowed Rachael and Grant to chase after a pipe dream. We are forever grateful for the opportunity we were given to help others, as well as our son. Thank you Dave!
