Kenzie is honored to be apart of the Wylde Horses team, where she can use her passion for helping others, mixed with her love for animals, to help each participant achieve their goals.
Kenzie has lived in Valley Center her whole life. Finding her passion for everything equine as a little girl, she now has two horses she is able to call her own. She has over 10 years of experience in saddle seat, show jumping and western riding.
Of all things, Kenzie has found that the most valuable part of horse riding is the relationship that you build with the horse, and with yourself. Kenzie has learned that horses are some of the best teachers, confidence builders, and healers that this world has to offer. She is excited to help students grow in each of their individualized needs, and show all the wonderful ways that atmosphere of Wylde Horses can make this possible.
Kenzie is in her third year of college studying Child Development. She has also spent the past three years volunteering at Mission Meadows Elementary School, where her mom is a special education teacher. Kenzie is determined to learn about each of her students’ individually, and tailor her instruction to help them achieve emotional and cognitive goals.
